In this, the most recent installment of 'Who wants to be the Antichrist?', we take a closer look at one specific prophecy regarding the nature of the man of lawlessness who goes to perdition. I will provide evidence that I believe points to our president-elect Barack Hussein Obama with an uncanny and eerie persistence and poignancy. The prophetic verse is as follows:
Daniel 7:25 'He will speak out against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time.
In his zeal to fully realize official power, Barack Obama has, as has been reported in numerous web-rags and traditional news papers in various ways, become a co-president to George Bush with regard to the handling of the worldwide financial crisis - not ironically, spurred by the tossing and roaring of waves in the ocean of mammon that is Wall Street . He's quickly and cunningly lining up big-hitters from all political ideologies, both friend an foe, to play roles in his cabinet and is rapidly setting his agenda scheduled to begin a millisecond after he is sworn into office. It is in this realm of vigorous activity that I believe can be seen a thickening of the primordial Obama soup, well on his way to evolving into the prince that is to come. As for those who say, "the inclusion of his previous and even current opponents proves he want's to reach across the aisle and bring about true unity," there is an old proverb that goes..."keep your friends close but your enemies closer"; for, as BB Wolf said to lil' Red, "the better to hear you, see you, and eat you". This is much like the Islamic rule, 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend' (at least until we destroy him...then I'm coming after you). World Net Daily lead with an article this past week with one of Obama's Weather Underground terrorist pals stating, "It's all just a smokescreen - he's playing political basketball, feinting to the right then he will dart to the left." One thing is certain - as he himself put it, he's a 'good poker-player.'
With regard to Daniel's prophecy, there is a shockingly exact description of our ever so humble man of the year who is soon to be the most powerful man on earth, a.k.a the leader of the 'free' world. The aforementioned verse shows us a man who will be skilled in the art of legalism and legislation manipulation. Beyond the word 'change', which by it's very inclusion in this verse - and that it is associated with laws and times (in this case 'times' is better rendered 'seasons' or more accurately in our society, 'established traditions' or 'habitual happenings') - screams from the page 'Obama!' The fact that Daniel's prince will be a masterful legal counselor - whether literally or figuratively - adds even more weight to the scale of his being the 'beast of Revelation'. Not only does he himself and his mixed multitudes of believers call him the 'agent of change', but as of late, his transition team has informed the public that he intends to use 'executive orders' to erase much of two term work the Bush administration has accomplished - as soon as his backside hits the oval office chair.
Helping to cement this strikingly accurate image of Daniel's prince, Obama has practiced law as an attorney, been a legislator and orator on the senate floor, and an is accomplished 'community organizer' - which means he is good at putting together teams of individuals to effect the greatest momentum in a specific movement, social or political...and he is truly masterful at this. It can be seen in his ability to outmaneuver Hillary Clinton in the primaries by concentrating most of his cash and efforts in states in which Clinton had a less than substantial lead - taking away crucial delegates while beating her outright in his 'heavily favored states', and at a time when many were touting his falling numbers and 'inability to bring together his own party' as proof he 'just wasn't viable as a candidate' - to bring down the hammer on the McCain-Palin ticket. It's also worth pointing out that he tricked John McCain into accepting public funds and then went on to raise more than has ever been collected by any candidate in history - which, while not illegal, it is very dishonorable and proves his shrewdness and insight into the workings of the political machine of Washington. It can now be seen in his ability to deflect the murmurings of hundreds of thousands who have much reason to believe Obama is not constitutionally permitted to assume the office of the presidency since, they demand, he is not a 'natural born' citizen. I also believe the quashing of original birth certificate requests from those trying to prove him illegitimate, by the Hawaiian governor - is Satanically inspired and once again, I will climb out on the very thinnest part of the limb - coaxed by the very Holy Spirit of God - and declare that absolutely nothing will come of this Supreme Court review of his citizenship with regard to revoking his eligibility. Yes, we may see much manipulation and meandering on the part of the highest court in the land, but alas, it will be for naught. This should be painfully apparent to anyone who notices by the time the Supremes - who are dragging their collective feet and now need 'more time to deliberate' - take up this matter and form an opinion, 'the One' (to borrow a line from John McCain) will already be pushing the presidential pen.
Moving to point number two from Daniel 7:25, Obama has already begun, under the influence of the spirit of Antichrist, to attack we who are committed to our God and Father through Jesus Christ. How, you may ask? By making it his most urgent action to undo the two most important issues to the true Christian - abortion and homosexual marriage. Abortion is important because it seeks to protect life in it's most vulnerable state, and homosexual marriage because it goes against the character and nature of the God of the Bible who is the same yesterday, today and forever - and will bring about the end of our country by undermining the family - which is the root-system of the tree of our civilization.
While he professes to be a Christian, Obama has decided the most important issues needing his immediate attention is to '86' the Born Alive Act - which would protect an infant that is born alive during an attempted abortion from being allowed to die and go so far as to mandate that life-saving efforts be taken to keep it alive. He even promised at a NARAL meeting before the end of the primaries that he would make it his first act of office. He has also declared that gay marriage is constitutionally protected by the 'living breathing' document - which should change with the times and culture shift of our 21 Century America. Forcing homosexual marriage to be accepted as normal and shielding homosexuality with special constitutional hate-crimes protection and making abortion easy and convenient and completely legal at any stage will undermine the existence of this once great nation by tearing apart the family structure which is the only way a civilization can procreate itself. The effects of this path will be felt by the end of our children's generation - if the Lord has not returned by then. While the fullest of this specific part of verse twenty-five is relegated to the time in which Antichrist will literally tear the Saints of the Most High limb from limb and kill them in ecstasy - I believe it is obvious the political landscape is being groomed for this legislation and the groundwork is being done to move the world against Christianity - even in the west...and sooner rather than later.
With regard to speaking out against the Most High - Mr. Obama has already on several occasions blasphemed the name of God, belittled and de-contextualized passages of Scripture, made the Old Testament sound racist and approving of slavery and claiming that Jesus would be ok with homosexuality - as well as stating that 'there are other ways to heaven' besides Christ. With his Oprah - Jeremiah Wright - Louis Farrakhan styled new age, pagan slanted, hedonistic Afro-centric, Nation of Islam tainted, 'liberation theology' background - this is really no surprise. This so called Christian even carries a miniature idol in his pocket for luck - the monkey god called Hanuman.
Wake up all ye sleepers!!! This man is no Christian - yet he has just quoted the Apostle Paul twice this year in regard to the Christian faith and social issues like homosexuality and AIDS. The first instance - claiming that an 'obscure passage' (in his own words) in the letter to the Romans (Roman's 1:24-32 for the curious) wasn't as important as what he claimed was overarching acceptance of all in Jesus' sermon on the mount - with regard to homosexuality. The second came December 1st on world AIDS day - this time agreeing with Paul's words in the following excerpt from said speech (quote from 1st Corinthians 14:8 in italics):
This year's slogan, "Stop AIDS: Keep the Promise" is a timely one. In the Apostle Paul's letter to the Corinthians, he asked "if the trumpet does not sound a clear call, who will get ready for battle?" We as leaders must continue to sound that call and encourage others to see themselves as leaders in this fight. And we must reaffirm our own commitment to confront and defeat this disease once and for all.
Another fine example of how this man takes Scripture out of context in the 'jerk-a-verse' style that has become so popular as of late. Actually, in this verse Paul was commenting on 'speaking in tongues' in the presence of non-believers while attempting to evangelize and spread the gospel. Irony of ironies - let's look at the very next verse and see if we find any meaning:
1st Corinthians 14:9 So it is with you. Unless you speak intelligible words with your tongue, how will anyone know what you are saying? You will just be speaking into the air.
Hmm - now I guess we see why he didn't continue with his Scripture reading. So, Mr. President-elect...which is it? You cannot have it both ways - err, I guess in this world he can. Yes, he can! Yes, he is! Yes, he will!!! Am I the only one who has noticed just how monumental a role religion - and Christianity specifically - has played, not only in this election but in the speeches this man, who professes to be a Christian, yet has the fruit of a rotten ,evil tare, has made. In fact, I would say that to the unscholarly 'baby' Christian - one who doesn't have much growth and might not actually read their Bible - this man might sound like he truly loves God and knows what the Bible says. I'm fairly sure of the latter - but then, so did Satan with Eve in the Garden and after Christ spent forty days being tempted in the wilderness. Obama has desensitized the masses to the Word of God by his constant use of and consequential but purposeful false context of, passages in the Bible. Many have just simply gone numb and now hear only what they perceive to be Obama's sage word.
Please do no believe the chicanery of Satan's marionette. I realize I am really putting my neck fully out on the chopping-block, but I cannot stand idly by and watch the masses be swayed by this beast without shouting it from the rooftops - and the internet is the highest roof I've got.
Don't be fooled. If I'm wrong with regard to BHO being the imp of Satan, he is still lying about being a Christian making him, at the very least, an antichrist. If I'm right - woe, woe, woe to the world.
