Barack Hussein Obama
The messiah the World has been looking for?

The New Testament proclaims that the spirit of antichrist is already in the world, but is the figure revealed by the OT prophets and in the NT epistles - the man who will be indwelt by Satan himself - alive on earth today? I believe he is. Do I believe it could be Barrack Hussein Obama? I believe he has many characteristics found in the Bible that Antichrist posesses - but only time will tell. I do firmly believe there is an unnatural or supernatural side to his popularity that goes beyond mere likeablity. There is a darker side to this man. First, we must set the scene and lay out the basics for this viewpoint - a setting of the stage, if you will.

Let me say in agreement with Scripture that no one can be completely sure who this man is until after the rapture of the Bride of Christ. Without going into great detail in this article, I believe that the rapture - like other supernatural acts of deliverence - is one of the main themes throughout entire Bible and I explain my viewpoint in another report. In this instance, I will refer only to the following epistle from the Apostle Paul to the church at Thessalonica to make my case:

II Thessalonians 2:1-12 Now we request you, brethren, with regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, that you not be quickly shaken from your composure or be disturbed either by a spirit or a message or a letter as if from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. Let no one in any way deceive you, for {it will not come} unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God. Do you not remember that while I was still with you, I was telling you these things? And you know what restrains him now, so that in his time he will be revealed. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains {will do so} until he is taken out of the way. Then that lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming; {that is,} the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and signs and false wonders, and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved. For this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they will believe what is false, in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness. NASB

We can see that the Antichrist (the man of lawlessness, the son of perdition/destruction) will only be revealed when 'he' - the restrainer - is taken out of the way. We know that the Holy Spirit is not an 'it' but a 'He', the third person of the Trinity, the triune Godhead of YHVH, therefore once 'he' - the restrainer / the holy Spirit who lives in the temple of the bodies of the believers of Christ - is taken out of the way, Satan's puppet will arrive on the world scene, seemingly thrust forward against his will as a peacemaker bent on building a new world order; a Utopian society based on the forced worship of Satan by all of the earth's inhabitants. This in no way means he is not currently active in politics in some fashion on earth today - it simply means his power is restrained until such a times as the holy Spirit is removed from the world. This in and of itself is reason enough to believe that the 'rapture' of believers is not simply an imaginary escape "from all these things about to come upon all of the inhabitants of the earth" but it is the plan of the Father to save the church "from the hour of testing" that will ensue at the time of the signing of the peace accord between Israel and the rest of the nations. The other point contained in this letter that I believe makes direct reference to the rapture is found in the reason for the letter to the Thessalonians. In his letter, Paul addresses a fraud perpetrated against the church by some unknown figure who had misinformed them that they had missed the Day of Christ, in Paul's name. More importantly, any believer under the tutilage of Paul would have been utterly aware of the "Last Day" when Christ comes in all of His glory, with His saints in tow, to conquer Satan and set up His earthly kingdom as the signs can't be mistaken; the sky receding as a scroll, the sun black as sackcloth of hair and the moon turned to blood, a world-wide earthquake that will level the entire globe and the world being cleansed with fire - not to mention the physical touching down of Jesus Christ onto the mount of olives and entering into the city of David and into the temple to purge it of unrighteousness. No! These signs would never have been miscontrued - so the only logical exaplanation is that they were terrified they had not been "counted worthy to stand before the Son of Man" so as to "escape all these things" and had been left behind to suffer through "the tribulation". I reject out of hand the theory that the mention of the church in the NT during the Apostolic era was 'THE' tribulation period described by Daniel and John since all believers will suffer through a level of persecution and tribulation as proof that they are truly sons of God through Christ - as He has told us in His own words, "the world will hate us because it hated Him".

Though there have been many points in history when it might have seemed like the end was near, never has the window been wide open as it is today. There are certain circumstances that must be true before the time of the end can come. First and foremost, Israel must have been returned to her Biblical homeland. After 70 A.D. this was impossible until the last century. Christ alluded to this in 'the parable of the fig tree'. While this parable is found in three of the Gospels (Matthew, Mark and Luke) we will use Luke's account:

Luke 21:29-36 Then He told them a parable: "Behold the fig tree and all the trees; as soon as they put forth {leaves,} you see it and know for yourselves that summer is now near. "So you also, when you see these things happening, recognize that the kingdom of God is near. "Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all things take place. "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away. "Be on guard, so that your hearts will not be weighted down with dissipation and drunkenness and the worries of life, and that day will not come on you suddenly like a trap; for it will come upon all those who dwell on the face of all the earth. "But keep on the alert at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are about to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man." NASB

Throughout Scripture, the fig tree and the olive tree represent the Hebrew nation of Israel. This, then, points us to a truth established in the holy Bible: the nation of Israel is the very time-piece of God the Father. It is no coincidence that the prophets and scribes who wrote the Bible were always exact as to times of day, days of the month, years of certain ruler's reigns and so on. God establishes His sovereignty and omniscience by detailing prophecy while not fearing the application of exact dates. This is why the parable of the fig tree is so important when understanding the timing of the end of times. As seen in Luke's Gospel, as well as Matthew's and Mark's accounts, Christ states that the fig tree will be in blossom, shooting forth branches and leaves, when these things begin to take place. His statement that "this generation will by no means pass away", is relating to the generation alive at the time that Israel is once again a nation. Since earlier in Luke 21, Christ details the destruction of Jerusalem and the dispersion of 70 A.D exactly, this fig tree could only be representing a time when Israel has returned to her homeland. This is also established in the book of Ezekiel chapter thirty-seven with the vision of the valley of dry bones - in which Israel, after such a long time of being desolate and her inhabitants 'dead' is made to rise up from the dust of the earth and from 'their graves', once again established as a nation. As of May 15, 1948, this prophecy is fulfilled.

Another prophecy that must be fulfilled in order to consider the world as advancing into the latter days, is that of the conflict between Israel and Magog with Gog as the chief captain, the instigator and guard for the confederate nations who will attempt to raze the nation of Israel. As has been pointed out, Israel must first be returned to her land - since Magog could not wage war against a nation that no longer exists. Some theologians tie together Ezekiel's Magog war and the advance of the army of Magog in the book of Revelation, however, this is impossible when understood in context. In Ezekiel's conflict, the nation of Israel is at peace to some degree and has been returned to her homeland from the nations they were exiled to during the dispersion. Currently, this act of return is called the "Aliyah" or "Return to the homeland". During the advance of this Magog army, God states that "He will be magnified before many nations" and that "Israel will know He is God." This is in stark contrast to Revelation chapter twenty where Jesus Christ has reigned on earth for a thousand years literally ruling from His throne in Jerusalem, physically in His kingdom as King, when Satan is then loosed from his bonds for a short time to wage war against Christ himself. These do not fit together as Ezekiel's Magog conflict reveals God to Israel and the nations, and Revelation's conflict has Christ already ruling on the earth in physical form for a millennium.

If you have been watching world news headlines for any time you should be painfully aware that Israel is being persecuted on all sides in the region. The Palestinian problem - seeking a two-state solution that will never be since God is against it, the recent past aggressive behavior toward the west and Israel by Russia, arming Iran, who is in turn arming Syria and Hezbullah and Hamas, with all of her muslim nation state neighbors turning up the heat, Iran working at break-neck speed to develop nuclear weapons under the guise of 'peaceful nuclear energy'; funded, designed and constructed with the help and leadership of Russia and North Korea. Libya calling for all Arab countries to stop Israel from what they are now calling the "holocaust against the Palestinian people"...can it be denied that the Magog verses Israel conflict is on the horizon? In my estimation this is the next prophecy that will be fulfilled before our eyes and in the very, very, very near future.

Another prophecy that must have been fulfilled in order for the Antichrist to be revealed is the signing of a peace accord - or as Daniel puts it, Antichrist will "strengthen" this treaty between Israel and the rest of the world. At no time in history has this even been possible until the attempt to inflict a 'road Map for Peace' by the international community upon Israel with the Palestinians (a code name for ethnic Arabs from multiple countries who have become squatters in Israel claiming the right to the Biblical land of Canaan whose name was changed to "Palestine" to attempt to erase the Jews and their history from memory) with the now defunct 'Oslo Peace Accords' developed in 1997. As previously mentioned, this peace cannot and will not happen until Christ takes up His reign in His millennial kingdom. Since it is clear that her muslim neighbors will never actually allow her to live in peace, planning only to continue to attack her until she has been "destroyed from the face of the earth" as has been chanted by many Islamic leaders, it is clear no peace accord can be even brought about until the these muslim neighbors are quietened somehow. And, how will this occur? Just as Ezekiel chapter thirty-nine explains: (underlined notation mine)

Ezekiel 39:2-4And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel: And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand. Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that [is] with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and [to] the beasts of the field to be devoured. KJV

Whether this means that only a sixth part of the nations' peoples will be left alive or that only a sixth part of the armies that advance against Israel will be left - clearly only a remnant of one sixth or the equivalent of just over 15% will be left alive. In other words roughly 85% will be destroyed. Since the Lord intends to use this war to reveal Himself to His chosen children and to glorify, sanctify and magnify Himself in the eyes of "many nations" and "the heathen" - clearly the devastation will be so widespread, so unexpected and so complete that the remnant of Magog, Russia and Israel's muslim neighbors, will finally stand down militarily and bow to the people of the Lord in recognition that God has saved her. Seems like a pretty good reason for the world to decide that a peace treaty with Israel is a desirable endeavor. I discern that this event will lead to the emboldened Hebrew nation deciding that surely this is God's sign that it's time to rebuild the temple and defy the 'status quo' that governs the temple mount today.

I also believe that a study of Zechariah proves the true Church of Christian believers will witness the beginning of the construction of the temple and then be taken in the rapture shortly thereafter. It is my perception that the Magog conflict leading to the rebuilding of the temple followed very quickly by the rapture, will cause the entire world to be in such a state of hysteria and perplexity that the nations will cry out in mourning to a great leader who's already rapidly growing influencial on the world scene, begging him to come to the rescue. Someone who is mild mannered, soft spoken, very articulate and probably quite handsome. Someone that ironically already has a great degree of respect from all nations and who has recently come to power in an influential role because of that charm and vision. Someone who is championed by a multi-racial and multi-religious cross-section of the majority of the world. Someone who is looked up to as calm, passionate about peace and starving for provisional, ecological and economic change. Someone that is loved by the impoverished and the wealthy, the homeless and the hollywood crowd, the dirt poor and the monarchy of nations. Someone they can believe in. Someone who makes the world believe in itself and who can electrically charge up the emotions of the masses and who's logo and mantra is "yes we can!"

He will have the uncanny natural ability to walk - and at the same time tow - the line of ethnic equality, gender neutralism, religious tolerance, political ambiguity, social class distinction, and ideology, able to leap environmental and technological hurdles with the grace of superman, and control the thoughts of the mindless in his satanically designed ruse. He will speak praise to all people, making them glad to be who they are - feeding their selfish desire to have no absolutes ruling over them but wanting someone to tell them this is the only way to peace and prosperity. He will be the poster-child of change and tolerance and carry a standard bearing the image of all-inclusiveness. He will seek to change times and laws and will be looked at by many even from early on as the messiah of the world. Who is this man? We do not know as of yet with any certainty, but I would suggest we have one in our midst who fits this description quite well.

I am willing to go out on a limb and predict Barack Obama will be the next President of the United States of America and will win the election with somewhat of a landslide of the popular vote. Not that I'm voting for him, but I do believe that the masses are convinced only he can bring about the change that our country is looking for. I will also hang myself out there and declare, "This man IS NOT who or what he claims to be!"

I offer the following as evidence that there is something very sinister going on, seemingly under the radar of the general public. Something that is swelling with the energy of a tsunami, leading down a road that this world might not be ready for.

About Barack Obama
- The Early Years -
Ripped from Wikipedia

Obama was born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. (born in Nyangoma-Kogelo, Bondo District, Nyanza Province, Kenya, of Luo ethnicity) and Ann Dunham (born in Wichita, Kansas). Throughout his early years, he was commonly known at home and school as "Barry". Obama's parents met while both were attending the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where his father was enrolled as a foreign student. They separated when he was two years old and later divorced. His father went to Harvard University to pursue Ph.D. studies, then returned to Kenya, where he died in an automobile accident in 1982. His mother married another foreign student, Lolo Soetoro, and the family moved to Soetoro's home country of Indonesia in 1967. Obama attended local schools in Jakarta from ages 6 to 10, where classes were taught in Indonesian. He then returned to Honolulu to live with his maternal grandparents while attending Punahou School from the fifth grade until his graduation in 1979. Obama's mother, Ann, died of ovarian cancer and uterine cancer a few months after the publication of his 1995 memoir, Dreams from My Father.

In the memoir, Obama describes his experiences growing up in his mother's American middle class family. His knowledge about his African father, who returned once for a brief visit in 1971, came mainly through family stories and photographs. Of his early childhood, Obama writes: "That my father looked nothing like the people around me—that he was black as pitch, my mother white as milk—barely registered in my mind." The book describes his struggles as a young adult to reconcile social perceptions of his multiracial heritage. Reflecting later on his formative years in Honolulu, Obama wrote: "The opportunity that Hawaii offered—to experience a variety of cultures in a climate of mutual respect—became an integral part of my world view, and a basis for the values that I hold most dear."

After high school, Obama moved to Los Angeles, where he studied at Occidental College for two years. He then transferred to Columbia University in New York City, where he majored in political science with a specialization in international relations. Obama received his Bachelor of Arts in 1983, then worked at Business International Corporation and New York Public Interest Research Group before moving to Chicago to take a job as a community organizer. As Director of the Developing Communities Project, he worked with low-income residents in Chicago's Roseland community and the Altgeld Gardens public housing development. He entered Harvard Law School in 1988. In 1990, The New York Times reported his election as the Harvard Law Review's "first black president in its 104-year history". He completed his J.D. degree magna cum laude in 1991. On returning to Chicago, Obama directed a voter registration drive. As an associate attorney with Miner, Barnhill & Galland from 1993 to 1996, he represented community organizers, discrimination claims, and voting rights cases. He was a lecturer of constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law School from 1993 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004.

So what does any of this mean? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. What you see is the common man who lives the common man's life and really has nothing different or better to offer this country or this world than any other average Joe. His speeches - in written form - do not read with any more passion or originality than any other figure who has ran for or has been elected as president of the United States of America. The media covers him as having the charm and wit of a serpent, the calmness and gentleness of a dove, the boldness of a lion, and the relaxed temperament of a lamb. The only other person that comes to mind with all of these attributes had nail-scarred hands and was hung from a cross, resurrected three days later and ascended to the right hand of the Father.

So do I think this is the messiah the World has been looking for? I believe this World is becoming more and more convinced he is. Can he win the presidential race he now finds himself in? Yes, he can. Is he the Antichrist foretold by the prophets? I can't say for sure he is, but I can't say for sure he's not. What I do know is that there is something more at play with this man than meets the eye - and it wouldn't surprise me to see him rise from a middle-class Hawaiian boy to president, and in a time of global emergency be thrust into the UN Secretary General's seat because of his great vision and world-wide popularity, then all bets are off. But I guess time will tell.

A very enlightening display of affection - see the presentation of the World's messiah below!
